1. How do I place my FPA Pleasure order?
Find the item(s) you’d like to order using the search box or just by browsing through different sections. Select your favourite colour (if there’s a choice) and click ‘Add to basket’. Your basket at the top right of the screen will then show your items.
You can then choose to click ‘View cart and checkout’ or continue shopping to add more pleasurable products to your basket. Add any further items in the same way as before. When you’ve finished shopping, click on your basket summary at the top right of the screen.
Go through checkout by entering your details and payment information. Once you’ve completed this and made your payment, you will be taken to an ‘Order successful’ page which will include your order number. An order confirmation will also be emailed to you.
2. Can I change my FPA Pleasure order details?
You can ask, and we’ll do our best, but, depending on when you placed your order, we might already have despatched it so it may not be possible to change anything.
3. Can I add an item to my FPA Pleasure order?
Sorry, but we cannot add an item to your FPA Pleasure order. Once your payment has been processed, we are unable to make changes to it so you will need to place a new order if there is anything else you’d like.
4. Can I cancel my FPA Pleasure order?
You can, but please be quick if you want to cancel before we despatch your order. We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible and so we may be unable to stop it from being sent to you.
Once your order is despatched you can still cancel your order for any reason within 21 days, starting from the day after you receive the products. See our Delivery and Returns information.
5. Can I only order from FPA Pleasure online?
Yes. FPA Pleasure is an online shop. We're sorry we're not able to accept orders by phone or email.
6. I forgot to use my promotion code, can I add it now?
Sorry, but you must enter your promotion code before you pay for your FPA Pleasure order. We can't apply a code afterwards.
7. What payment methods do you accept online?
You can pay using PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account.
8. Can I pay with Credit/Debit card?
Yes, PayPal accept payments by Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron and American Express.
9. When will the payment go out of my account?
We take payment when you place your order. We will not despatch your order until payment has been confirmed.
10. What are ‘Verified by Visa’ and MasterCard ‘SecureCode’?
Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are services to help protect your card details when shopping online. They allow you to create your own password which only you know and you will be asked to use this every time you shop online with one of these cards. 11. Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. Unless stated otherwise, any items purchased from the FPA Pleasure website are inclusive of VAT. This is a UK-registered website and we have no legal obligation to offer VAT free shopping to customers shopping in the Channel Islands.
12. How much is delivery?
Standard delivery for orders under £25 costs £2.50. Standard Delivery is completely free on orders of £25 and over.
Next Day Delivery for orders under £75 costs £5.95. Net Day Delivery is completely free on orders of £75 and over. Only orders placed before noon can be delivered next day.
13. Do you deliver to the Channel Islands?
Yes, we deliver to the Channel Islands.
14. Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland?
Yes, we deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
15. Do you deliver FPA Pleasure overseas?
No, at the moment we are only able to deliver FPA Pleasure to the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Orders placed for delivery overseas will be cancelled and refunded. If you live overseas and you'd like to support FPA please make a donation.
16. How long will delivery take?
Standard UK delivery will take between 2 and 5 working days.
17. Can I get my FPA Pleasure order any quicker?
We also offer Next Working Day delivery (on orders placed before noon) for just £5.95.
18. Can I select the day I want my FPA Pleasure order delivered?
Sorry, we don’t currently offer named day delivery.
19. Can I get my FPA Pleasure order delivered on a Saturday?
Sorry, while your standard order might be delivered on a Saturday, we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. Our Next Working Day delivery service does not include Saturdays and so an order placed before noon on a Friday with Next Day delivery would be delivered on Monday.
20. When will my FPA Pleasure order be despatched?
We aim to despatch all orders as soon as possible and to deliver your order (if standard delivery is selected) within 2 to 5 working days
21. How do you send my order?
All orders are sent by standard delivery unless you choose Next Working Day Delivery, when they are sent by courier.
22. Can I track my FPA Pleasure order?
Sorry, we are not currently able to offer order tracking but hope to be able to do so in future. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 days then please contact us and we will look into this for you.
23. I haven’t received my FPA Pleasure order, where is it?
If your estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your FPA Pleasure order, please get in touch with us and we will look in to it for you.
24. I missed my FPA Pleasure delivery, what should I do now?
If you weren't home when delivery was attempted, you should receive a card through your door to let you know where to collect your parcel from or how to rearrange delivery.
25. Can I change my delivery address?
If you notify us immediately of any error we may be able to change the delivery address but we can't guarantee this as we may already have despatched your order.
Cancellations, refunds and exchanges
26. Can I cancel my FPA Pleasure order?
If you wish to cancel all or part of your order you can do so within 21 days from the day after you received your order, for any reason. You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products and the standard delivery charge (if returning the whole order) as long as the products are unused, in good condition and in their original packaging.
27. How do I return my FPA Pleasure order for a refund
You will find an address label in your delivery that you can peel off and stick to your return parcel. Items must be returned at your own cost unless they are damaged, faulty or we have made a mistake with your order.
We recommend sending returns by registered post and keeping proof of posting in case of any queries.

28. How long will it take to process my refund?
We will refund you within 14 days of your receiving your returned order and we will email you when your refund has been processed. As we only accept payment through PayPal we will refund you through PayPal. You will also receive a notification from PayPal confirming your refund has gone through.

30. How do I add my FPA Offer Code?
To use your offer or discount code, enter it in the ‘Discount Code’ box in your ‘Shopping Basket’ and select ‘Apply Coupon’.
31. Why hasn’t the promotion code I used been applied to my FPA Pleasure order?
This could be because your order does not meet the Terms and Conditions with the code you are trying to use. Unless otherwise stated, the following Terms and Conditions apply to all promotion codes. If you are sure your code is valid please contact us for assistance.
32. Can I use my discount code on reduced items?
Offer or discount codes are valid only for full price items unless otherwise stated.
33. I have more than one offer code, can I combine them?
No, sorry. We can only accept one offer or discount codes per purchase. They cannot be used with any other offer, promotion or discount code.
34. I forgot to add my code, can I add it after?
Sorry. We can’t apply offer or discount codes to orders after they have been placed, so please make sure that you enter them correctly and check that the relevant offer has been applied before you continue to checkout.
35. Can I use my code more than once?
Offer or discount codes can only be used ONCE per customer unless otherwise stated.

If you think an item from your FPA Pleasure order is faulty, please get in touch and we will let you know what to do next.

39. You’ve sent me the wrong item, what should I do now?
We’re sorry, occasionally mistakes happen. If you’ve received the wrong item, please get in touch with us and we will sort this out as quickly as possible for you.
Closing down information
40. What's the last day that you'll accept orders?
We’ll accept orders through the website until 30 April 2017 or until we run out of stock, whichever comes sooner.
41. What if there’s a problem with my order after 30 April 2017?
