Q. Do you deliver to the Channel Islands?
A. Yes, we deliver to the Channel Islands.
Q. Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland?
A.Yes, we deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
Q. Do you deliver FPA Pleasure overseas?
A. No, at the moment we are only able to deliver FPA Pleasure to the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Orders placed for delivery overseas will be cancelled and refunded.
Q. How will my order be packaged?
A. Your order will arrive in discreet packaging.
Q. Can I select the day I want my FPA Pleasure order delivered?
A. Sorry, we don’t currently offer named day delivery.
Q. Can I get my FPA Pleasure order delivered on a Saturday?
A. Sorry, while your package may be delivered on a Saturday, we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. Our Next Working Day delivery service does not include Saturdays and so an order placed before noon on a Friday with Next Day delivery would be delivered on Monday.
Q. Can I track my FPA Pleasure order?
A. Sorry, we are not currently able to offer order tracking but hope to be able to do so in future. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 days then please contact us and we will look into this for you.
Q. Can I change my delivery address?
A. If you notify us immediately of any error we may be able to change the delivery address but we can't guarantee this as we may already have dispatched your order.
Q. I have an item missing
A. Items are dispatched as they become available, you may receive more than one parcel. Please allow up to 7 days before notifying us of a missing item.
Returning or exchanging an item
We hope you are happy with your FPA Pleasure order.
If you need to return all or part of your order to us you can do so within 21 days from the day after you received your order, for any reason. You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products and the standard delivery charge (if returning the whole order) as long as the products are unused, in good condition and in their original packaging.
You will find an address label in your delivery that you can peel off and stick to your return parcel. Items must be returned at your own cost unless they are damaged, faulty or we have made a mistake with your order.
We recommend sending returns by registered post and keeping proof of posting in case of any queries.

We will refund you within 14 days of your receiving your returned order and we will email you when your refund has been processed. As we only accept payment through PayPal we will refund you through PayPal. You will also receive a notification from PayPal confirming your refund has gone through.
