This is the privacy policy for FPA Pleasure (www.fpapleasure.co.uk). It explains the information that we might collect from you, how we use it, and how you can access it.

Your privacy is important to us and we comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.

By using the FPA Pleasure website you automatically accept our privacy policy.

Who we are

FPA Pleasure is owned and run by Rolesar Limited, trading as FPA Pleasure, in partnership with the sexual health charity FPA.

FPA runs the site on a day-to-day basis. A percentage of all product sales, plus the entire amount of any donation made through this website, or through FPA’s JustGiving account (see below) goes directly to FPA.

Any personal data is collected and processed by FPA Pleasure and FPA. When the words ‘we’ and ‘our’ are used in this privacy policy they refer to FPA Pleasure and FPA.

Your age

By placing an order with FPA Pleasure you declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase any products you order. If you are under the legal age you must not place an order. We are not obliged to fulfil any orders you place and will not knowingly process them.

Why we collect information

We collect information from visitors to our website to help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it, to process any orders you place, to send information to you when you have requested this and for marketing and promotions.

The information we collect

Anonymous information

We record and store information about all visits made to the FPA Pleasure website. This information will not identify you; it may include:

  • which pages are visited
  • how visitors arrive at the website
  • which browsers and operating systems visitors use
  • the internet domain and IP address visitors use to access the website.

If you have a Google account and have previously logged into it on the device you are using to access our website, we may collect information from Google such as your age group, gender and interests. We can't and don't link this information to you or use it to identify you.

Personal information

When you create an account, place an order, sign up for email updates, use our contact form or correspond with us by phone or email you may need to provide some or all of the following personal information:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your delivery and billing addresses and phone number(s)
  • if you register an account, your username and password
  • your age
  • the gender you identify as
  • your communication and marketing preferences.

If you order from the FPA Pleasure website we will collect information about any purchases you make from us.

If you place an order we will take your payment through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account, although you can use your account if you have one. We will not see or store your card details. Please see Paypal’s Privacy Policy for how they use and store any data you provide.

When you are logged into our website you are no longer anonymous to us and we will collect information about any orders you make.

If we give you (or you choose) a username and password to access your account, you are responsible for keeping these confidential.

PERSISTENT_SHOPPING_CART A link to information about your cart and viewing history if you have asked the site.
POLL The ID of any polls you have recently voted in.
POLLN Information on what polls you have voted on.
RECENTLYCOMPARED The items that you have recently compared.
STF Information on products you have emailed to friends.
STORE The store view or language you have selected.
USER_ALLOWED_SAVE_COOKIE Indicates whether a customer allowed to use cookies.
VIEWED_PRODUCT_IDS The products that you have recently viewed.
WISHLIST An encrypted list of products added to your Wishlist.
WISHLIST_CNT The number of items in your Wishlist.

Session cookies If you log in to your website account we use a session cookie to remember that you’ve logged in. Without it, you would need to log in every time you visited a new page in your account. We only give these companies the information they need to perform their services and we work closely with them to make sure your privacy is respected and protected.

We will not sell or pass any of your personal details to any third parties for marketing purposes.
